Mentor-Mentee Sessions
Every student is assigned a mentee at the beginning of his/her course who guides them throughout the course. Mentor-mentee meetings are conducted whose agendas vary from academic support to soft skills (through group discussions, personal interviews, extempore).
Students Feedback
After completion of every semester/year, students are made to fill a feedback form wherein they can rate all the parameters of college like infrastructure, teachers, training and placement, internship etc.

Anti-ragging Form
At GIST, we consider discipline and safety as our topmost priority. To ensure discipline every student has to fill an anti-ragging form at the time of commencement of his/her classes. Strict actions are taken against students on violating any of the rules mentioned in the form.
Training & Placement
We at GIST make sure that all our students acquire those skills and knowledge that will help them in the placement drive. For this mock GD’s, mock interview rounds, aptitude classes are being conducted so that a student is prepared for all the selection rounds of a company.
