Program Objectives
- To provide in-depth knowledge in a particularsubject or disciplines such as English, geography, history, economics, political science, home science or any other subject. The final objective is to develop expertise and proficiency in those subject areas.
- To develop analytical and research skills. Students will be able to find out useful information from a large data set using analytical skills and conduct research using primary and secondary data and through other research methodologies.
- To include discussions of social obligations and ethical issues relating to the discipline of study. The exploration of the ethical implications of their work and the fostering of a sense of social responsibility among students are encouraged.
- To improve both verbal and written communication skills through which students can articulate their point well and to present their written document and research effectively.
- To teach students about diversity of cultures, about society, our history so that they understand different perspectives.
